Phase 1
Evaluation
After signing the contract and making a deposit toward your total investment we will hop on an evaluation call where we can dive deeper into the current state of your business and how we can get you to where you aim to be. One step closer to being able to scale with confidence.
Phase 2
System Set-Up
Time to get the party started! After customizing your system to our framework and narrowing down your processes, we systematize your business! Ta-da!
We provide you with your very own systems and processes library so that everyone and anyone on your team can continue to support you with the updated and outlined systems. And now your systems and processes are documented and work for you!
Phase 3
Offboarding or Keep it going!
You’ll also have 14-day support through email and video just in case you have any questions or need additional assistance. OR you can keep the party going!! Now that you’re set-up, let’s keep the momentum going and allow my team of experts to maintain your systems and processes so that you can run a successful business on repeat. Or, at the very least, your business is systematized and ready to support you to scale.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the payment options?
You have two options:
A) Pay 50% upon signing contract and 50% upon completion (Review Call) OR
B) Pay In Full upon signing the contract and receive a 15% discount.
How long will it take you to set up these systems and processes in my business?
Once we conduct an evaluation of your business and nail down a better picture of where you currently are in your business and where you are going we will be able to provide you with an estimated time frame-depending on this and which package you choose your system set-up could be complete within 2 weeks or up to 8 weeks, but it will be worth the time for the quality result to come! Remember, this is setting the foundation for your business operations so no need to rush the process.
Will you set-up all of the systems all at once?
We like to focus on one system at a time. This gives you enough time to learn and adapt to the new system and for us to streamline your business so that it an run as seamlessly as possible. We will walk through the same phases for each system from audit to system reflection!
What will I be expected to do?
All we will need from you are some of your branding materials and related system info to customize your systems. You can just get back to doing what you do best- your business, while we take care of the rest and streamline your business from the bottom up!
We try to keep this process as simple as possible so the calls we will have are an Evaluation Call with a system Proposal and a system Review call after system set-up.
Then finally, you are offboarded with a streamlined business set to scale!
Can’t I set up the systems myself?
Absolutely! You can add this on to your already overflowing to-do list and hopefully you’ll find some time to get to it eventually. However, my team and I would love to save you time and energy by systematizing your business for you so you can get back to focusing on what you do best- your business.
You don’t need to be bogged down by the day-to-day logistics. Not only do we specialize in business systems and processes but we LOVE what we do and believe that your business has an important mission and service. So go manifest your vision and we’ll give you the systems to support it.
Can I use technology to automate my business?
Yes, you can! And although technology is a wonderful tool and integral part of operations, it is not the end all be all. Technology can only provide as good of a service as it’s programmed to do. But our team is always looking to partner with technology to improve and build on foundational systems and processes so you can only grow more efficient.
Plus, we:
• Provide a personal touch
• Are a fresh pair of eyes
• Keep abreast of & apply best practices
Technology doesn’t know when to adapt due to exceptions or circumstances- but we do!
So don’t limit yourself to tech.
Can I just assign systematizing my business to one of my employees or hire a whole new set of employees just to focus on my systems?
You can do that, but consider the cost. Literally. If you assign streamlining your business to one employee that will increase their workload and they may not even have the capacity to perform in the main role that you hired them to fulfill in the first place.
On the flip side, if you spend money on providing for multiple new salaries just to systematize your business, you are losing a lot of revenue.
On the other hand, by working with us you are trusting your business to be systematized by a team who has extensive experience in handling business operations and creating systems and processes that streamline your business. And we can serve you for a fraction of the cost of hiring new employees.
In other words, you are saving money and increasing your revenue. If that’s not a definition of a good deal, then I don’t know what is!
